• 15–30 years old
• Resident of Cluster 7 Barangays:
Buhisan, Calamba, Kinasang-an, Labangon, Pamutan, Punta Princesa, Quiot, Sapangdaku, Tisa, and Toong
• Wear a white top, comfortable lower, and shoes (no slippers)
